Christ Church is located in the historic district of Longwood, Florida.

Our Mission

To preach the Good News of Jesus Christ and His atoning death for the sins of all who will believe and to spread the message of the cross to every person in our community and the whole world.

God's forgiveness is for all who will hear the message of the cross, are born again, and given the grace to repent and believe through Jesus Christ our Lord.

 

Our church is part of the Central Florida Diocese of the Episcopal Church and our Bishop is Rev John Howe; our pastor is David Knox, who is an Evangelical and trained in Vancover, Canada. Our church sign declares that we uphold scriptural authority and our heart is centered in Jesus Christ, our Lord. It is only through Him and because of Him that we have our salvation and exist as a church. We praise His name daily because He is truly King of every creature and the whole creation.
